What we did

Clontara Developments Ltd were appointed in May 2021 to commence design & build on this luxurious detached 9500 sq ft dwelling, nestling in the upmarket Chistlehurst area.

The build comprised of basement and upper floors, the basement formed with seacant piled walls with a reinforced liner wall. The Ground Floor and Upper floor was reinforced concrete with the roof section in lightweight construction. The external fabric consisted of a mix of traditional blemish brick, linear Belgium bricks to the rear, coloured render, handmade roof tiles and fablulous maxlight sliding doors to the rear. The fit out is luxurious and in collaboration with Alexander James Interiors the correct balance of practicality and beauty were achieved.
